Whether you're launching your first loyalty program or migrating from another platform, we offer a concierge-style onboarding experience designed to get you up and running with confidence.
This guide covers how our onboarding works, what support looks like across our plans, and how to access developer tools and integrations.
Our Onboarding Process
We keep things simple and hands-on. Our onboarding is designed to minimise back-and-forth and get your program live as quickly as possible, without cutting corners.
Step 1: Kickoff Call & Program Design
We start with a single working session where we get to know your business, your goals, and your customers. In that same call, we'll configure the core of your loyalty program together, this includes your points structure, earning rules, rewards, VIP tiers, and referral setup.
Step 2: Pre-Launch Review
Once you've finalised your loyalty setup, we'll have one final onboarding call to cover everything is as expected, including running our own testing across mobile & desktop to ensure everything is consistent, and explaining any outstanding features or questions.
Step 3: Launch Day
When everything looks right, we coordinate your go-live. This includes final testing, launch support, and priority availability on the day you go live so we can resolve anything in real time.
Migrating from Another Platform?
Moving from another platform? For users on our Growth plan or higher, migration is free of charge and handled by us
Switching from another loyalty provider? We handle your entire data migration free of charge if you're on our Growth plan or higher. That includes transferring customer points balances, VIP tier status, and program history. We take care of everything before launch day so the transition is seamless for you and your customers.

Starter
Live chat support and a 24-hour email SLA.
Growth
For merchants ready to scale. You get priority support and escalation, faster response times, and full access to our developer tools and API - so you can build custom integrations and extend your program however you need.
Enterprise
Our most hands-on tier. You'll be assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager who acts as your strategic partner - helping you optimise your program, plan ahead, and get the most from the platform. Enterprise merchants also get a private Slack Connect channel for direct, real-time communication with our team.
Dedicated Customer Success (Enterprise)
Your CSM is more than a support contact - they're a partner invested in your growth. Here's what you can expect:
