Judge.me Integration

Award your customers loyalty points every time they leave a product review through Judge.me. This guide walks you through connecting Judge.me to Mage Loyalty.

Prerequisites

  • A Starter plan or higher on Mage Loyalty

  • Judge.me installed on your Shopify store

Step 1: Connect Judge.me to Mage Loyalty

  1. In Mage Loyalty, navigate to Integrations → Judge.me

  2. Click the Connect with Judge.me button

  3. Sign in to your Judge.me account when prompted

  4. Review the requested permissions and click Allow

  5. On integration success page, click the "Close page" button.

  6. Your Judge.me integration should now be connected.

Step 2: Create the Earning Rule

  1. In your Shopify admin, open the Mage Loyalty app

  2. Navigate to Loyalty Program > Earning Rules

  3. Click Leave a Review

  4. Configure the rule:

    • Earning rule name — Give the rule a name (e.g. "Leave a Review")

    • Review app — Select Judge.me from the dropdown

    • Points — Enter the number of points to award per review (e.g. 100)

  5. (Optional) Set a frequency limit to prevent abuse. For example, you can limit customers to earning points for 1 review every 7 days

  6. Make sure the rule is enabled using the status toggle in the sidebar

  7. Click Save

That's it - you have now connected Judge.me to Mage and can award customers points for leaving reviews.
