Mage Loyalty installs from the Shopify App Store like any other Shopify app. It takes a couple of minutes and needs no code.
Before You Start
You need a Shopify store on an active Shopify plan.
You must be the store owner, or a staff member with permission to install apps.
Mage Loyalty is a paid app, with plans starting at Essential. See Plans & Pricing to compare what each plan includes.
How to Install
Open Mage Loyalty on the Shopify App Store, or search the App Store for Mage Loyalty.
Click Install.
Shopify shows the permissions Mage Loyalty needs. Review them and click Install to confirm.
Mage Loyalty opens on the plans page. Choose your plan and approve the subscription in Shopify. The charge appears on your regular Shopify bill.
You land on a Subscription Confirmation page. From there, open Home in the Mage Loyalty menu to start setting up.
Mage Loyalty needs access to your orders, customers and products so it can track purchases, award points and create reward discount codes.
After Installing
The Home page will show zeros for a new install. That is expected, as nothing is set up yet.
You can open Mage Loyalty at any time from Apps > Mage Loyalty in your Shopify admin.

Troubleshooting
The Install button is greyed out
Check you are logged in as the store owner or a staff member with permission to install apps.
If your store is on a Shopify trial, you may need to pick a paid Shopify plan before installing apps.
I was not taken to Mage Loyalty after installing
Click Apps in your Shopify admin and open Mage Loyalty from your installed apps.
If it is not listed, install it again from the App Store. If the problem continues, contact us through live chat.
