The Custom Links block lets you add a set of navigation links inside the Account Sidebar. Each link has a label and a URL. Customers can click them to navigate to any page on your store or an external URL, without leaving the sidebar context.
This block is visible to all customers, logged in or not, making it a useful place for links you want every visitor to see.
How to Configure the Custom Links Block
From your Shopify admin, open the Mage Loyalty app.
In the left menu, click Account Sidebar.
Click the Blocks tab.
Find the Custom Links block and click on it to expand its settings.
Make sure the block toggle is turned on.
Click + Add Link to add your first link.
Enter a Label (the text customers will see) and a URL (where they will go when they click it).
Repeat for each additional link, then click Save.
ℹ️ Note
To remove a link, click the delete icon ( 🗑 ) on the right side of the link row. To reorder links, drag the handle on the left side of each row.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

Adding too many links: a long list of links in the sidebar feels cluttered and reduces the impact of each one. Aim for 2 to 4 links maximum.

Using vague labels: labels like "Click here" or "More info" give customers no context about where they are going. Use clear, descriptive labels like "Contact Us" or "How Rewards Work".

Not testing links after saving: always click through each link on your live storefront to confirm it goes to the correct destination.
Troubleshooting
A link is not navigating to the right page
Check the URL format. Internal links should start with / (e.g. /pages/contact). External links need the full https:// prefix.
Confirm the page you are linking to exists and is published on your store.
The block is enabled but no links are showing
Make sure you have added at least one link using + Add Link and clicked Save. An enabled block with no links added will display as empty.
