The Single Order Spend rule gives customers a bonus when one order reaches a minimum spend you choose. For example, 100 points for any order of $100 or more. It is given on top of what customers already earn from purchases.

Settings Explained
Setting | What It Does |
Earning rule name | The title customers see on your storefront. |
Minimum order subtotal | The amount a single order must reach. Measured after discounts and before shipping. |
Amount to award | The fixed points or store credit given for each qualifying order. |
Earning limit | Optional. Limits how often each customer can earn, for example once a month or once per customer. |
Approval time | How many days the reward is held as pending. Set to 0 to award it as soon as the order is paid. |
Custom description | Optional. Replaces the description customers see. |
Refunds
If an order is refunded and no longer meets your minimum, the reward is taken back.
Tip
Set the approval time to match your returns window, so the reward cannot be spent before a return.
Troubleshooting
An order did not earn the reward
Check the order subtotal, after discounts and before shipping, reaches your minimum.
Check the customer has not reached your earning limit.
If you set an approval time, the reward shows as pending until it has passed.
